Shear steel
The first step in the production of Jerrycan is achieved by cutting steel through automatic drum machines and shears.
Bent steel
By bending the steel, the shape of the steel is adjusted to the best, which is convenient for the next step of stamping.
stamping
The steel is stamped by a press and formed in one piece, which is the shell of the jerrycan in the video.
Flange welding
The bottom edge of the jerrycan is welded using a roll-up welder.
Spraying line
The painting line is shown. The surface of the oil drum is sprayed with epoxy resin powder, and then it is baked in the oven at high temperature to form an epoxy resin protective layer on the surface of the oil drum.
